Contact the Hall Supervisor (contact info on the application) for available dates to reserve.  Print form, complete your portion and make arrangements with hall Supervisor to turn form over and make deposit payment.  Hall Rental is available to Town of Baldwin residents only!

Print and complete form.  Contact Town Chairman for permit review, payment and issuance.  Contact info for Chairman is found on this website.

This is a fillable 2024 Dog License Application. Do not send to address on application!  Make checks payable to "Town of Baldwin". Complete the application, print and send with Rabies Certificate and license fee to our new Treasurer:

Application materials can also be put in the drop box at the Town Hall, to left of exterior door.

This application is NOT for a house building permit (see All Croix for those).  This application is for garages, farm outbuildings, and other accessory type buildings.
